The app is offered as a paid download on the App Store. Your use of it is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; these terms add to it.
2Educational use
Academic Blue Book is a reference and study tool for academic English. It does not guarantee test scores, admissions, grades or writing outcomes.
3Read the meaning in context
Academic words change meaning across subjects and sentences. Before using an expression, read its meaning, sense boundary, grammar and common mistakes.
4Content and review status
Meanings, examples and explanations were written for this project. Levels are editorial and are not a CEFR or exam rating. Every sense is currently “checked by the author, not yet externally reviewed”. 18 senses with proposed corrections show the original meaning next to the clarification and are not used as review answers yet.
5Local progress
Progress is stored only on your device. This version offers no account recovery or cloud restore, so export a backup in Settings when you need one.
6Fair use
You may use the app for personal learning. You may not extract, copy or resell the built-in word list, or use it to build a competing data product.
7Open-source components
