FAQ

Are my memos uploaded to a server?

They are not uploaded to developer-operated servers. Memo Clock does not provide accounts or developer-run servers; data is stored locally first. If your device is signed in to iCloud and system settings allow it, memos, review records, handwritten images, and image memos may sync across devices signed in to the same Apple ID through Apple's private iCloud/CloudKit database.

Why am I not receiving local notifications?

Please make sure notifications are allowed for Memo Clock in iOS Settings, and that notifications are enabled inside the app.

How do I delete a memo?

You can delete memos in the Library. Related review records and local image files are cleaned up when the memo is deleted.

Does Memo Clock support AI, OCR, or cloud sync?

V1.0 does not support AI or OCR. The app supports Apple iCloud/CloudKit system sync and does not provide a developer-operated cloud server.
